At Alexandra Noble Design, we take the privacy of our clients very seriously. We are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of those visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. This policy sets out how we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us through our website, electronic communication or other means. We confirm that we will keep your personal information secure and that we will comply fully with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation regulations.

Since 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has imposed greater data protection obligations on organisations while giving more rights to individuals in relation to how their personal data is processed. It also requires organisations to provide information about their processing in a clear and transparent way. Personal data is defined as anything that can identify you as an individual.

THE TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

Name, job title, postal address, phone numbers, email address, social media handles for responding to sales enquiries, develop proposals for our services and fulfil a contract

Geo-location information for example automatically with photographs, from sites that are the subject of sales enquiries, proposals and contracts

Personal data is collected in the following ways, either directly via:

- Enquiries by phone, face-to-face meetings, physical or electronic mail, or website enquiry form

- Site photographs where these include geo-location information

Or indirectly via:

- Publicly available information such as a company website or social media

- Your nominated third-party representatives

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is not shared with any third parties for them to use for their own marketing purposes. It may be shared for the following purposes:

1. In the fulfilment of a contract, enquiry or tender process where some personal data may need to be provided for costing of or for the provision of goods and services from trusted partners or subcontractors

2. When we are legally required to do so

3. When you have requested us to do so

4. When it is necessary in working with professional services providers including accountants and solicitors.

When you give us personal data about a third party you are representing, you need to confirm that party’s consent to process their data as set out in this policy. This consent must be supplied in writing to info@alexandranoble.com.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you have a contract in place with us, we will hold your information for six years after the contract expires, subject to any legal requirement. For the purposes of direct marketing, we will keep your information until you unsubscribe. You can of course ask us to delete your personal data at any time and we will oblige (subject to some exceptions set out in law).

Any personal information sharing between third parties and Alexandra Noble Design are conducted by secure means including secure email and password protected encryption of personal data, where appropriate.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. If you wish to do so, please provide your current contact details and sign your request.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have up to one month to respond to you.

EXTERNAL LINKS

If you use a link to go from our website to another website, or you request a service from a third party, this privacy policy will no longer apply once you have left the Alexandra Noble Design website. Your interaction on any other website is subject to that website’s own rules and policies.
