Garden proposal for a residence situated within the South Downs National Park. Alexandra’s design puts forward an orthogonal layout which includes a square lawn for children to play, generous planting beds as well as a central terrace with fire pit surrounded by lounge chairs. Two further terraces are situated for dining in both the morning and evening light.

The intended planting will incorporate many self-seeding perennials, annuals and biennials amongst a matrix of ornamental grasses. Several multi-stem trees will be sourced to structure the space and provide vertical interest.
